Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
As a small, niche-focused brand, we produce our apparel on-demand to reduce waste. Because each hoodie is custom-printed for you via our fulfillment partner, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.
SIZE EXCHANGES
We want you to love your hoodie. If you ordered the wrong size, we offer a one-time size exchange under the following conditions:
  • Notification: You must email us at info@thepokernoob.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item to our warehouse. We will cover the cost of shipping the new size back to you.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your hoodie arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right at no cost to you.
  • Please email us at info@thepokernoob.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  • Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
LOST PACKAGES
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
